Meet the Founder
Guardian EDEN was created by someone who understands emergencies from firsthand experience—not theory, hype, or assumptions.
Built From Frontline Experience
Guardian EDEN was founded by a firefighter who has seen how quickly everyday situations can turn into emergencies—and how often people in trouble are unable to reach their phones or call for help.
Author and Preparedness Advocate
The founder is also the author of The First Responder’s Guide to Household Resilience, a preparedness guide focused on planning, awareness, and responsible decision-making for households.
Separate Businesses, Separate Purposes
The guide and the Guardian EDEN app are part of two separate businesses.
The book is published and sold through Ready5.ca and is not associated with, connected to, or implemented within Guardian EDEN in any way.
Designed With Responsibility, Not Hype
Guardian EDEN was built with clear ethical boundaries. It does not provide training, diagnosis, or emergency response. Instead, it focuses on notifying trusted contacts when someone may need help and cannot respond themselves.
Focused on People, Not Surveillance
The goal behind Guardian EDEN is not constant monitoring or data collection. It is to give people and families an additional layer of awareness—without fear-based design, invasive tracking, or unnecessary complexity.
Built to Be Practical and Accessible
Guardian EDEN is designed to fit into real routines, real relationships, and real constraints. It prioritizes simplicity, privacy, and ease of use over flashy features or unrealistic promises.
